The shipping hours are indicated as from 6am to 5.30pm, got there at 3.27pm and was refused service and the lady at check in was extremely unprofessional and rude Had to sit on the street till next day at 6am to get checked in even though I was within the time limits and the last person This is my last time picking up from any James hardie location

Can be a bit of a wait out on the street. However once you are in they load fast & efficiently. Often with two lifts working your trailer. Scale on-site so you'll leave legal. Everyone I've encountered has been great to deal with.

Easy in and out place has scales so you will know your weight before you leave there is no tarping or straping allowed on the property you have to do it on the road outside of the gate so dont bother getting out of your truck when they start to load you
