Louis is by far the BEST tattoo artist in the M.I.A. I was in Miami for a mini vacay with family and at 12 midnight we decided to get tattoos. Louis was very, very, and I mean very patient with us because we were so indecisive! However, we finally got the designs we wanted and DID IT!
