Did a mobile order twice now, got cold burgers, decided I would use drive thru the old way for a shake, it was warm. This place has serious problems.

Ate there twice in the last month. Tables were dirty and staff played around more than they provided service. Snarky counter people too. Will not be going back. Only kudos I can give was that the bathroom was clean.

BAD experience. If I could give 0 stars I woul..Tried to make an order at the drive through. We were asked to wait. 15 minutes later we decided to go to window. Thought they forgot us. The person at the window was very rude. Stated I only have 1 cook which is why I told you to wait. If you want to order you have to go around and get in line again. I believe she was manager. We went somewhere else It would have been fine if she wasn't so rude.

Yesterday afternoon, we chose two coupons from the last ones sent out. At the drive-thru, we were told that we are only allowed one coupon per vehicle now, instead of three. One family member chooses to have pickles and onions on the side with his Whopper. When we requested that at drive-thru, we were told that's no longer allowed! The food quality was acceptable, as always. However, you no longer get to "have it your way" at Burger King. Sad, but true!
