The costumer service was not good at all. When getting food at concession most of them had no idea what they were doing. Some of them seem new so I don’t blame them, but they need better training or better help. A tall skinny young man with blonde hair was helping out the person who was taking my order, he was rude to me and his co worker. He had a red shirt with a lanyard saying “crew lead”. He didn’t seem like a very good crew lead while helping out the poor struggling person who was taking my order. I had gotten an order of pretzel bites and they were absolutely cold in the center. I was given them right away which was very strange. I was expecting to wait a few minutes. My movie was about to start and so I didn’t want to get up and miss some of my movie to ask for a refund or wait for more. Also the bathrooms are terrible and there was residue of some sort on the ceiling of the woman’s bathroom (shown ). I’ve been to this theater a few times and see this residue every time. They’ve never cleaned it!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Sad place here!!! we drive truck it's 40ft long so not 18 wheeler. We can park front to back in 2 car spot no problem. We have been to many AMC theaters with no issues until we came to this 1and was told they don't allow trucks on property well you just lost our business. We will find another theater. I am pretty sure trucks deliver their products!!! Maybe they should find another way to receive their products!

This theater is amazing, clean and large. The sound is loud, maybe too loud for some, the bass rattles your seat. Maybe when I'm a senor citizen it might be too loud but for now it makes the movie experience amazing. Seats are comfortable and reclines. Seats are also arranged where you can't see the head of the person in front of you. Don't do movie theater much anymore but this spot is a must.

My favorite movie place ! My son took me here when it was first called Carmike. The theater is always clean, the seats are very comfortable and the people that work there are so friendly. Plus side is all the stores surrounding it to check out and go grab a meal before you hit the movie !

You can still go for $5 on Tues. W free AMC stubs program...pick up brochure at counter to join online or search online to join before you go..write down your member # or they will ask for your email at theatre. I used the brochure card at register to write my # n just show it when I go Tues. Enjoy!
Unless something has changed in the last week, its been terrible. The place is filthy, with popcorn littered all over the hall floors by night because it doesnt seem kept up throughout the day. They now have a security guard dead center in the lobby that was standing by concessions rather than off to a side, creating an unwelcomed appearance. The vending machines didnt appear cleaned. Someone literally had just dropped their eight dollar popcorn and while the staff gave him a reload, nobody came to clean up the mess promptly. It was still there by the time it was my turn in line. Overall, and unfortunately, its become one of the dirtiest theaters in the Valley that happens to have the only Imax.
Basically... If you have AMC Premiere... Only $10-15 a year... Movie tickets are regular admission $6. It's $5 off any ticket on Tuesday.

You can also download the AMC app.. it allows premier member rewards and gives you all the showtimes to every AMC theater

Yes, IMAX starts May 16th @7:00pm. You have one week before they change the movie.
Unfortunately, the $5 tickets are only an option for standard viewing. They do a discount on the other formats but I'm not entirely sure what that discount is.

I believe I signed up for "STUBS" membership on line. You may be able to sign up at the theater but, I'm not sure. You will get a membership card in which to write your name, email address and member number. Make sure that you mark these down correctly! The membership number is critical! Enjoy!
