Worst jewelry store I walked into. I walked in trying to sell some 14k gold that was 100% 14k and lady spent 5 minutes checking to see if it’s real golf and at the end started trying to lowball me because supposedly it was 10k, I walked into Rafaela jewelry down the street and they gave me exactly what the 14k gold was worth with good customer service. As soon as I walked in they knew it was 14k without even texting it, that’s how I know Rafaela has professional jewelers. High Class Jewelry tries to scam customers! Be Careful!!!

I just got engaged a few days prior to going in to High Class Jewels . Initially the thought of going to a jeweler seemed overwhelming and a bit anxiety inducing. Immediately upon stepping into High Class Jewelers, their Sales Associate Joanna was kind, incredibly helpful and put me at ease.

Such a rip off!! They sell you on a piece of jewelry and claim to "polish" it when really they are switching it out for a cheap piece of jewelry. Walk away!! First and last time shopping here. The owner was a joke, refused to refund the money despite being called out for the switch. Claims to care about his customers but only cares for the hustle. Save yourself the regret.
