Every time I wanted to place an order I would call in. When Ruby answered it was definitely going to be a bad experience. If I wanted something specific it was not available. If the earrings I wanted were for a specific month color they were not available. I understand things can run out. But be nice about it and not rude to tell me to have 3 options when I place my order. The whole point I'm calling is because if the catalog that they sent has it then I must believe it will be available. I just gave up after giving them the opportunity to change my mind time after time. I was a customer that would spend thousands at a time. So it's just disappointing that they don't have the customer service to keep people coming back.

I was very let down by this place. They basically took $200 for a ring I did not want. It was supposedly a "custom" order so I could nothing else but pay the remaining balance on something I didn't want or let it go to waste. I was very clear about what I wanted and they took my order and my money without letting me know that I couldn't exchange or do anything after the ring was made even if i did not want it. I actually liked buying jewelry from them but no longer. I advise anyone else in the market for jewelry not to go to them. They are swindlers. The guy I spoke to said that I could pay the balance and he would buy back the ring for scrap. Total cost for me $620 buy back would be $280. I would spend $400+ over the cost of the ring What he let me know was that my ring was actually worth way less than I was paying for it. Be careful and aware of what they're doing at this establishment. Shame on them. Buyers beware
