Been going to this restaurant for almost 8 years. Today was our last time. The tables were sticky, the S&P shakers were caked with food. Had to get our own napkins and ask for silverware. And then we ordered. I've gotten the Tuna in a wrap for 8 years with no problem. Today the waitress comes back to tell me that the cook said they can't make it. I asked "No tuna?" or "No wrap"? Nope, they had both, just don't put them together. I could get a Chicken salad wrap but apparently, the kitchen is unable to do the same thing with Tuna salad? They can only do Tuna on toast. Between this silly and unbelievably asinine "rule" and the filth, we won't be back.

For starters I went to this clock around 2:30 so there was no lunch rush. There was only one other person inside so I figured service would be great since there’s only two customers. I sat down at a table because the sign said please seat yourself. My friend and I waited politely for about 10 minutes and no server came to our table so I though…maybe I go to the front to order. I was wrong. The waitress was busy talking with another waitress, which is fine I get it. We finally got to order and the wait time for the food was great, but my order was wrong. I waited for about another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to tell her because I don’t like being rude…so I waited. Once I told her she nicely got my order corrected. Then my friend and I sat there for another 30 waiting on the check. So all that to say there was poor service. I get wanting to talk with friends but there comes a point when you’ve got to do your job. I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The Greer one trumps this location in service and taste of food which is sad because it’s so close to my house.

You wait in line forever. With that can't your food be hot? Onion rings were burnt when I ate there on 5/24 and be specific when ordering. I ask for a 2 hot dog plate with half of and onion rings. I got just that. What I meant was 2 actual hot dogs on 1 plate with half and half. Bacon cheese burger that was cold 2 large teas. 39 dollars later and not so great... Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not so great.

I went to drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 FF. $19 and change. Ordered one burger Plain but add bacon. Drove 12 miles home to find that the plain burger had Let/Tom/Mayo. Decided I would take it back even though gas in now $4 a gallon. Told one of the waitresses that I think is always awesome. She told the boss.(younger tall slim Guy). He came and asked what was wrong. I told him burger was made wrong and I would like it corrected and it was a 24 mile round trip due the their mistake. He did remake the burger and asked would I like a free drink. I said not really but jokingly said he could throw in a piece of cake since I had to drive so far. He told me no but he would sell me a piece of cake and he offered me a free soda. I told him to keep it. I feel that his response and attitude to this situation was not what it should be. After being a regular there for the last 10 years I will not go back. Just FYI. The wait staff there is always super nice. My issue is with this guy that I assume is owners son or night manager.
