As a Wyndham owner, I was really disappointed in the service that I received at this hotel. I had trouble checking in with my reservation. The room was ok, a little banged up refrigerator was dented, pillow was ripped, and the safe door would not stay closed without locking. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to go get one from the front desk. I stayed two nights. When I returned the second evening, I could not get into my room. I went to the front desk and was informed that they changed some sort of system and I intentionally locked some people out of their room. In order to get the key updated, I need my confirmation number again so they could confirm the rate. After all that,when I got back to my room, I discovered they never serviced the room: bed was unmade, trash still in the cans, no new towels, etc… I will not be back to this specific hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel in a quiet, safe area just off a major state road not even a thousand feet from SR28 exit to Dulles. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The room I had was very clean. I closely inspect surfaces, flooring, furniture, and bedding, and none were dirty. There’s a quiet walking path accessible next to hotel; great for a run if into that. Breakfast is good for hotel hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage patties, baked goods, bagels, fruits and yogurts, cereals, and waffles. Free beverage machine, too, that dispenses orange, apple, and cranberry juices. Amenities of this hotel are near identical to Staybridge next door, at a lower price point. A nice touch: hotel has a strict quiet hours policy from 10pm - 7am. They will kick our guests violating the policy; clearly posted at front desk.

Rooms were clean and very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was great. The only bad thing was if you were outside was hearing the planes overhead.

The Chantilly, Virginia Wingate by Wyndham is an excellent hotel. I had the privilege to stay there long term on the 4th floor while I searched for permanent housing. It was very clean and quite. I had a beautiful view of the sunsetting behind the mountains. There was a beautiful foundation in the large lake behind the hotel. I loved watching the planes landing at the Dulles airport. The staff treated me like royalty and they were like friends to me. The cleaning crew were excellent and always able to provide anything that I needed. I never once saw any bugs or rodents, trash etc.! I never had issues with finding parking. There was a trail that I could take walks. I had endless options for stores and restaurants. Located by 66 enabled quick access to Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. There were concerts close by at Jiffy Lube Live. I also loved the points Wyndham gave me and I could convert them into free nights and discounts. I highly recommend this hotel and it is one of the best in the entire area.
