Today is the 3rd time that ive been where Capital One Cafe is just randomly closed. This is starting to become a joke and it is completely unprofessional that it is not updated online, westfield mall app or on google on the days it is closed but instead it says open and list the hours! Its extremely frustrating especially when i have to drive there, find parking, and take 45 min out of my day just to find out its closed. Same thing happened to me this past friday when i went there and a couple sundays ago as well. Just closed with no warning!

I have a 360 checking account that was compromised by someone committing fraud and instead of protecting me Capital one kept my account in the negative, refused to refund me my money and did nothing to protect me while conducting their “investigation”. Someone put my routing and account # on a check with someone else’s name, no signature and I am the one that has to wait for my money? DO NOT GET A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THEM!

Years ago in my early 20's I made some bad choices and destroyed my credit with a foreclosure, salliemae was calling me 5 times a day, and banks wouldn't even let me open a new checking account. Capital One gave me a chance with a secured credit card, today I've completely rebuilt my life and I'm back in the 700's club with my checking, savings, and several credit cards with capital one. This is the first physical location I've been to and Wow I was really impressed. I'm proud to bank here and appreciate the relationship we've built over the years. This is a great company 💛

I've been here a few times and the friendly service of the ambassadors never fail. I haven't had the need to really go into detail of any services, but they're willing to answer any questions. It's a great place to sit down, relax and if needed, study or work. The cafe also offers 50% off drinks if you use a Capital One card. A great deal!

Yes, the ATM takes credit card payments, check deposits and cash deposits for either your savings or checking accounts. If you have any questions, ask an ambassador for assistance. Plus, Capital One cardholders get 50% off the coffee.
Absolutely, I just paid mine at the Capitol One Cafe. If you pay your bill in full, keep in mind that the Cap One ATM will not give you change. So paying over the amount you owe will give you a negative balance that will be used for your next billing cycle. The staff there is very friendly and will help you with any questions.
In others words cashier check? No

There's a lot to do at the Café. Our Café Ambassadors are there to support you, not sell you. If you do have questions about products or services, they’re happy to answer them, but you can expect a sales free environment in all Capital One Cafés.
