I frequent this coffee shop and most of the staff know my order by heart.... embarrassing how routine I am, but I love the staff. They are always so amazing and sweet!

Not too busy (when I went), not a long wait for my order. Very clean. Just not my favorite roast of coffee. Prefer my espresso to taste more like a french roast.

I come here a lot customer service is always key to me and this location was always great about it. Today the guy who took my order was not helpful. the girl who took my money had dog or cat hair all over her shirt and was really rude. I tried to ask why and they said they are stressed out. That’s no reason to have a bad attitude with paying loyal customers. I will not be returning anytime soon. This happens around 11:35am today. I would strongly recommend coffee bean go over customer service with their employees.

Good ambience, friendly staffs, great coffee. Good wifi, plenty of places to sit. Best thing is, almost evey sitting area has electric outlet. I tried their latte without sugar - best coffee within a week for me.
