I went to get my battery replaced here, unfortunately when I picked up my watch I found a large scratch that appeared to be caused by a dremel. They did not point this out to me and I only found it after paying. When I pointed it out to them, they did not offer to take responsibility but did offer to fix it. To my surprise, “fixing” it just meant sanding the entire back of the watch. So I am now left disappointed with a watch that is very rough and ugly.

It was easy to locate, however... To replace a battery is another thing. The Labor cost for other repairs are not itemized as repair cost.The repair prices are the same for every repair? Conclusion: The only good thing is that, it's repaired the same day within 20ty to 40ty minutes.

The only reason I am giving folks at Fast-fix one star is because there is no Zero star or less. I went to this place with the hope to fix my Tissot. The lady who appears in some photos here asked for $40 to glue the circle attached to my watch dial and change battery, very easy job that need little attention. I went back after 30 minutes to get my watch and I see the circle is not glued correctly, if you look at the attached picture you can see the circle is shifted (zoom-in the date box). I understand sometimes things don't just get through perfectly, but the technician has to pay some attention to the customer when his watch work didn't get proper attention. I asked the registrar to call the technician so I can talk to him, he didn't bother to come instead he suggested me to go to Tissot to fix it. Seriously?!
