I ordered flowers to be delivered at a church and they were delivered, left in the office safely (The system could improve a little bit to notify time & photo of the flowers upon delivery). The flowers are beautiful and so tastefully designed. I always heard of Trias Flowers and never ordered before and I am happy I did. The delivery on the date was completed as promised. And not to mention great quality and prompt customer service.

Viaggio 2022

Ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses that began wilting the very next day! Now grant it the flowers were a birthday deliver two days after mother’s day – so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They offered to send a new arrangement that day, which they did. And – wait for it – the flowers began to wilt the very next day again! So, I’m not sure where they get their flowers from or how long they keep them BUT they have to do much better if they’re going to live up to the reputation as being voted “Best Florist in Miami”. Save yourself time, money and embarrassment and roll the dice with 1800 Flowers!

Very professional, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with. They were able to put together a beautiful “Bee Well” bouquet for our daughter tonight on short notice and had it all ready for a quick pick up to bring to the children’s hospital in under an hour! Amazing. The flowers are fresh, fragrant and very healthy. Highly recommend and will use again!
