Oscar is the MAN!!! I called in a surprise delivery order for Valentine's day and was blown away by how personable and helpful Oscar was. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and gave his own professional opinion on the flower coordination, which was a huge help. Hearing that this order was for someone special, Oscar immediately had my back and went the extra miles to have the flowers and extra green filler put into a little arrangement so that the flowers would be presentable. I had chosen Berkeley because I had shopped there once in the past and wanted to give them my business again. After this experience, I'll return again and again. Oscar even checked in to make sure that the flowers were delivered alright and that she liked them!!! He's an asset to the business!!!!!

Amazing Assistance for my Baby Shower! I planned a huge Baby Shower to reunite families of FL and NY. We rented Venue, sent invitations and last minute the Decoration Planner called out and I decided to decorate the place with sweets and flowers and OSCAR was wonderful in everyway! i was asking quotations for venues and the prices were unbelievable, specially for someone that has never decorate parties myself. Luckily Oscar had worked with staff of my venue before and could give me some tips about how many flowers i would need to use to do what i had in mind. He quoted, He scheduled a delivery on a very friendly time and after delivery he still followed up about how to conserve the flowers beautifully until the event (on Sunday). My event was beautiful e looked like professional work. I got so proud of myself and the flowers were the soul of the decoration :)

From the minute we walked in Shane was so helpful and kind. We told him what we wanted and that we had a tight budget to keep and he was so helpful. He was not rude because of our low budget and he gave us his professional floral point of view and suggestions. They did not have 2 of the flowers I wanted and he said the shipment was coming in soon so he'd hold them for us, and it all worked out perfectly and I got all my wedding florals (bridal party of 16) for less than $300! The only down side is we didn't check the spray roses and seeded eucalyptus when picking it up and most of it was rotten so we had to clip around and use what was left, but I understand this could happen anywhere.
