The worker KAREL CARDENAS is so rude! Makes you feel like he doesn't want to attend you, and was on his phone the entire time, or talking to other coworker. Didn't have the parts available so I called him to order the parts personally with him since he was the one I spoke with and wanted to give another try to. Once answering the phone he rudely said "don't call me, I'm not there, call another place, not me." If you do not know how to attend people in a professional manner, then you shouldn't be working in customer service.

Beatiful equipment well mantained, the best about Dobbs is their team. Good customer service with the best selection of John Deere and Hitachi. I particularly loved this mini excavator.
