I had an 8 AM appointment for an oil change and complete detailing. Not wanting to deal with morning traffic, I dropped of the car the evening prior, thinking that since the appointment was so early I'd have my car back sometime before noon. WRONG! I texted the service agent who was helping me around 2 PM and he did call back right away to let me know my car was ready. When I arrived, the service person greeted me, pointed to where my car was parked and handed me the invoice. I noticed that there was no detailing job on the list and asked about it. I was told that the car had been washed, free of charge. That is not what I requested and pointed out that I would be returning to get that service done as I did not have the time to wait for that. The service person was very apologetic and I understand it is not entirely his fault, but someone should have been on top of what was on the work order. I'm taking the car back tomorrow to get it detailed, let's see how long of a wait I have this time. Come on Kendall Hyundai, if you want return customers not just for purchasing cars but also for maintenance, your service has to improve.

I recently bought 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them. I wasn't excited with the service I received from them. I simply do not understand when you say Kendall Advantage. This is because when you are charging for something then why its an advantage. For example, you charged $2,988.00 under Kendall Advantage. Few other things which irritated me a lot were staff member's and finance manager's attitude. In addition to that few things which I even didn't receive from you or I didn't avail those services like - 1. Delivery Gift - Please don't charge for Delivery Gift when you are NOT even giving this to the customer like I DID NOT get any gift from you. 2. Home or Work Delivery - Please don't charge for Home or Work Delivery, when customer is even NOT availing this service like me. 3. Wheel Locks - Wheel locks were charged twice. Refer both the pics. I just want to thank you Fabian that you took this feedback seriously and discussed with me but you can keep the gift. I don't need it anymore. Thanks for your gesture though. @KendallHyundaiFL

I recommended this dealership to my elderly parents after their car broke down since we purchased our 2021 Tucson last year with a great experience thanks to Luis. I handle my parents finances and affairs but was unable to go with them to the dealership after becoming sick with Covid. I was contacted by Salesman Richie, who over the phone and text, answered all my questions including pictures and recommended a great vehicle for them. Luis, now the Finance Mgr helped in closing the deal Salesman Richie had started and between the two of them, my parents left so happy in their 2022 Venue! Best deal given by them than what any other dealerships were offering. You will need to call Kendall Hyundai for a price on an air filter. It will not be cheap, but it will be good quality
