Showed up for an appointment to be told it would take a week just for someone to look at my car and I need to leave it there without a loaner. After asking to speak to a manager I was finally told it would be looked at the next day. My service advisor was rude and never truly listened to my requests. It took 10 day before repairs were completed. When I took work off early and came to pickup the car all the same issues were still present and I had to leave. Not only that but the oil change was never done that the service manager asked if I wanted. When I came back the second time to pickup the car I called Erik ahead of time and asked that he could make sure the car was washed again and he said it would be and I picked up my car and it was not washed and gross. Also my backup camera is still messed up. Thanks Erik

My husband and I came to this dealer to look at a Cadillac SUV. From before arriving to the dealer we had spoken on the phone with a young lady named Natasha, she greeted us right away upon arrival. She then introduced us to Cesar Rojas for the finance aspect of the deal we were looking to find. All in all we are very pleased and happy with the results. Another great experience with Williamson Cadillac dealership I’ve been assisted by Mr. BRUNO ZEYAS sales department and Mr. TONY MERCADO in sales department two professionals indeed. The entire process very fast with no gimmicks playing games with the numbers trying to sell extras etc. explaining all the options and details in regards to my purchase. They prep the paperwork before I arrived at the dealership with the information requested and provided previously in advance. Vehicle was cleaned and ready to go before we finished the paperwork so I’ve been able to get back home in time for dinner. Go to Williamson Cadillac if you have a warranty it will not be a problem otherwise they are excellent in service.
Go to the dealer and ask for Bruno he is a very good seller. In general, they are all very good
