They are the worst, I needed to fix a simple piece and they did it wrong, when I returned, since it has a guarantee, it took two months without a solution, I took my car to Sawgrass Plantation and in 5 days it was ready and with better service. In short, very bad service and apart from that they deceived me that I could drive my truck and at the ford platform they told me that I could finish damaging it and they offered me a rental car.

Terrible service!! 2 weeks after dropping my car off not a single call to update anything. I had to call twice to get no information. Subsequently, I find out my parts may take 6 weeks to deliver. And now I’ve burned through half of my allotted rental coverage. Additionally, spending $200 a week on Fuel as my car is electric and I charge for free. None of these costs will be reimbursed, and it’s not even made up with good customer service. But if they put you on hold you’ll hear the recording boast how many awards they’ve won for such amazing service!! The representative did nothing but make excuses and make me feel like I was in the wrong. Very disappointed that Tesla would use this shop for it’s authorized repairs.

Have taken my car to repair the horn twice now in less than a year I believe, and I have to take it back again because it's not working properly after they re-connected some cables that were loose last time. Been calling two numbers since 7:20 AM to reschedule my 8:30 AM appointment and no one answers. The 954 number rings and then you get an automated message saying number is not in service. I even used the chat feature in the Sawgrass Ford site and the representative said they couldn't cancel my appointment through that platform. Trying to be responsible here but don't know what else to do.

The Best Dealer for service I have ever been to. Customer service was 5 star they offer transportation to work or home. Once your vehicle is in the bay they will call you in and show you whatever it is your vehicle needs. Honestly,professionalism and comfort to the max is what they offer. Parts (sales) guys are full of knowledge very helpful will print a diagram if you are willing to install part yourself.

My experience with Sawgrass Ford has been excellent. As I have previously stated David Minton continues to assemble and Main team a quality team with great atmosphere. I go nowhere else for my service needs on my Ford for work. They keep my Ford F-450 in great shape. Mark Edward Bock
