Worse experience I have ever had! Not only were they the most organized company I have ever seen! But extremely rude. It took me 2 hrs to walk in to sign some papers already sent to them and them ship them. 2hrs to sign 4 papers! Do not go here!!!!!

Your hours are wrong and you staff on the date I visited on this late review are exceptionally rude. I do hope you are treating them with enough respect to reflect good business, and not exceptionally foolishly, as the experience would indicate.

As far as FedEx services go, this one will do as needed. However it’s what is lacking here that gives my low score. The location has no parking available. So you have to park in a garage or pay for parking to go in. Everytime I go in the place is busy with not enough staff. They constantly apologize for being understaffed.
