I got there in line about 5 minutes before it opened and as soon as we went in this woman stepped on my foot and didn’t even say anything. People shopping are so rude here it’s really sad how they act they need called out for their behavior they know exactly what they are doing and honestly I should be pressing charges. 3 stars because the workers was very nice 🥰and I did end up finding a few things however overall honestly this location is so ran through like there was barely anything to look in certain sections 😢

Really pared down their media section which used to always be full. Very disappointing to go in and see a half dozen broken DVDs and empty CD cases that have been languishing in the bin for weeks. They even moved one of the media bins that had been for media for years to the toy section for stuffed animals. Used to be a reliable source for getting some great used music, video games, or movies...now it's barely worth a stop. Where do all those used book, record, and movie donations get sent to?

Just completely unhelpful. Wanted to purchase a large, hard sided travel case that someone had donated a week before. It took me getting transferred to manager just for someone to check if it's still around. Sales clerk kept insisting that I come have a look for myself.
