I love the product, but the staff give you limited help. I was looking for a lot of specific items, but they don't seem very eager to help. I spent like two hours looking por things and was very frustrated.

My only possible complaint is the store was a bit cramped driving through w my daughter in her stroller, however there was a major sale going on & team members definitely made up for it w being extremely helpful! Kevin & Gabriela truly went above & beyond w helping me find things on the floor!

Nothing necessary wrong with this place, as it's a clothing store with standard offerings. But the staff were unable to help me with an even broken-English attempt. That shouldn't happen. Giving up on obtaining the exact item we came here for, we settled on self-service of an alternative and a silent checkout.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
