The clothing in this store is nice and of good quality. They had some really nice deals like buy 1 get 2 free. Prices were very good and they offer a rewards program that can eventually save you some money. The issue I had in this store is the customer service experience I received today. I asked a young lady that was working there for a particular size of a shirt displayed. She quickly said that if the size if not on display then they're out. That shirt was displayed on the other side of the store and guess what? I found the size I was looking for. What I am trying to get at is that she made zero attempt to look for the size I needed. She didn't bother to go through the sizes there to see if perhaps I overlooked. She didn't bother to ask a co-worker or manager. In other words, she provided zero customer service! It's because of this young lady's bad attitude and lack of customer service that more and more people are shopping online and on Amazon.
