Great selection of shoes! What's really disappointing is how Selfish the Customers can be and don't put the PRODUCT back on the shelves and leave a mess for the workers there

If I could do 0 stars I would! The store was so dirty! I had to step over multiple boxes and trash. The cashier was slacking and he was smoking in the back. When you finally came out he smelled like smoke and it was horrible. I wish I could have not gone. His pants were basically falling off. Like they were literally at his mid thighs. I wish they would do a background check on the people there cuz they're pretty shady. He even had a cigarette behind his ear

It's not always as bad as the pictures, but the customer to employee ratio is definitely off. However the 3 stars are for everything and the prices are great.

This store is the reason my niece wanted to start her Make A Wish shopping spree in this mall, her obsession with cute shoes came true. The manager was so great in selecting every shoe in the store in her size and had it waiting for her to try on! A teenage girls dream! Thank you for your participation in making her wish come true!

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
