Bed Bath and Beyond disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never order anything online. We ordered a tree and they sent us two bottoms, then we tried to return it but the other tree never even came. They customer assistance is absolutely terrible, you have to wait on the line for hours at a time. The longest I waited was from 4 pm until 5:30 am the next day. Terribly disappointed, take your business somewhere else.

I was thrilled to finally find an ironing board here! This is in a good location with plenty of easy parking. Staff was wearing masks which was appreciated.

I usually love the store Bed Bath and Beyond. The company itself has great products. This shopping experience was one of the worst I've had in a long time. I was doing an online order pickup but the line for pickup was closed so we waited in the checkout line. There were only 2 customers in front of me but it took forever since one of the checkers was standing doing nothing and not helping. Customer service was terrible and made for a terrible experience. Next time I will go to a different Bed Bath and Beyond location.

I am very disappointed with Bed, Bath and Beyond as a whole. I used to shop here all the time because the customer service was on point and the products plentiful and of good quality. My last visit lacked all of the above. I have never seen the shelves this empty, so few employees on the floor, and random carts with product everywhere (not sure if they were left by customers, product that needs to be put on shelves, or product that was taken off of shelves to relocate) so much so that it was constantly a battle to get around to go down aisles. The cashier was polite but she must have been new because she was constantly asking for help (which was not a problem. Asking questions is a great way to learn), the manager and the one other employee I saw, kept leaving this cashier by herself which I think she should have had someone there by her side training her. I had an issue with ‘the new coupon policy’ so the cashier called a manager. The manager seemed irritated that she was asked to come to the front. Her tone and the way she talked to me was very degrading. I left without getting the main item I came in for because of this. It never used to be like this. 😔Unfortunately, the only reason I will be returning to Bed, Bath and Beyond is to return some of the items I bought today. I will take my business and money elsewhere.
