I hate this McDonald’s with a passion. I come here bc it’s the most convenient spot rather than going to the (better) one on Baltimore ave, but regret it every single time. They ALWAYS forget something. I ordered an extra hash brown, not there, ordered hotcakes, no syrup (just a s*** load of butter), etc. They also take years for curbside and I have to end up going inside to get my order and it’s always just sitting there. I get y’all are busy and this is fast food, I shouldn’t expect more, but constantly forgetting stuff and taking more than 30 mins for an order is ridiculous. Did not know who else to complain to so I came to google.

I’ve been in the drive through for an hour with no end in sight. Stuck here and can’t leave and no one has told us what’s going on. Update: There was only one lady working and the poor thing was doing the best she could. McDonalds please staff better she was so nice and clearly trying to get everything under control with all of the systems down and such a huge line. Take better care of your employees

Always fast service inside store an 2 drive throughs make waiting a breeze. Brand new inside with the latest technology to order food an friendly servers. I highly recommend.

Waited in line for the drive thru for an extended period of time exclusively for the purpose of getting a Diet Coke and they didn’t have ANY soda. No beverages. I was shocked. Because we felt like we sat in line for no reason, we decided to order McNuggets. They didn’t even ask us if we wanted dipping sauce and the McNuggets were bad. Do not recommend you stopping by this McDonald’s. It’s a mess.
