I called to find out if fee assistance applied to your account online. I repeated myself three times and she still didn't understand. When I tried to explain by breaking it down for the fourth time she hung up on me. I called back and have been hold for 10 minutes. This is your customer service? They need more training

I will try my 6 year old daughter to register to swimming class on sergeant road facility since march every week when to start registration they told me in march they put me on waiting list but they never call me on my 20/22 i will go in person They said full I will go in person more than 6 times Am wondering they are lairs disorganized and Resist they’re discriminated by accents people it’s takes me 2 years am go to teach my daughter how Discrimination like that SHAMEFUL shame on administration.

After multiple request to get wood and old debris from my yard, no action has been taken. Recently a tree from from Parks and Planning property fell into my neighbor fence and yard and after months, no action. Neighbor had to pay outside contractor to remove from property, which they piled onto current debris.

This reservation system is broken and pg parks and recs isn't trying to fix it. "As of May 10th", patrons are suppose to be able to make reservations within 2 hours of their chosen activity. This has not been the case and when I complained, was told that they aren't going to fix the system for a few complaints when pgc parks & recs services thousands (worker at the Brandywine pool location). Sometimes 24 hours isn't even enough. Fix the registration system or change your outgoing message! 🤬
