This is a very welcoming atmosphere! The energy is definitely unmatched. Very clean facility and provided all of the things necessary to be successful in class. The class has its challenges; the instructor talks fast, moves are fast paced, and its hot but go in there focused on what you can do and leave the rest for someone else’s business. I highly recommend a first time visit, this may just be a new home for you if you make it. Don’t forget your bottle water, towel, mat& mat towel. These cost in addition to the class! Namaste!

Ambiya was so welcoming and forthcoming when I arrived at the studio. She set the groundwork to what to expect for the 90 minute class and highlighted the keys to success.
