Store is somewhat clean and organized . But vejay blew it out the water with his hospitality he was very inattentive to our needs and what very funny . Thank you vejay !!!

This TJ Maxx has great stock, a nice layout and friendly staff. However, they simply do not have enough staff. The line is usually 15-20 people long and takes forever to get through. It doesn’t matter what day or time. I often go in, find something I like but end up leaving it because it’s not worth waiting in line

Received exceptional service from Roberta on Wednesday January 26, 2022. I bought a Calvin Klein purse for my wife. It was a birthday gift for her & she wasn't with me at the store, so I connected via FaceTime with her. I told Roberta that I wasn't going to leave the store without buying a designer purse for my wife. Roberta took the time to show us different popular brands/styles & their differing features. It made us much more comfortable & as she provided her thoughts, but left it up to my wife to decide what she wanted me to buy. Roberta was so warm, welcoming & knowledgeable, it put us at ease & allowed us to select something my wife loved. When I returned to Canada, my wife insisted that the next time she goes to West Palm Beach, she wants to go meet Roberta. A big shout out to the management for having someone of Roberta's quality & knowledge on site.

Wow was it pretty messy, stuff was pouring out on the floor. Has a wide selection but I didn't like playing avoid that obstacle while shopping. Ross was a lot more in order.
