What ever happen to customer service, granted the girl working the counter greeted us. But when we had questions on something we couldnt find . The answer was " what ever we have is there" that didn't help at all. Guess what, we left and we are off to a different place

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day.
