The people were friendly and helpful in deciding a frame for the artwork I took in, but unfortunately the outcome is the reason I have to rate this 1 star. When I received my artwork back with the frame, the canvas had multiple small holes and marks on it and it completely ruined my experience with this company. Nothing was said to me about the holes or marks when I picked it up even though it was noticeable. I’m not sure I will take another piece here.

I have been going into this store since 1994 when my young son and I first moved to Miami from New York City. We had just rented a beautiful apartment in Kendall and we needed some art work on our bare walls. As a single mother I did not have much disposable income but I wanted to make my home look nice, so I purchased 6 Posters (which was all I could afford back then) even though my purchase was small they treated me with such kindness, warmth, friendliness and professionalism. They framed the Posters for me at such a fair price, that I walked out of there feeling proud of how they had treated a single Mom with such dignity. Since 1994, I have remarried, moved into a LARGE beautiful home, had a successful life and career (I can now afford valuable works of arts) but regardless of where I live and what I need to frame, I always come back to the one place of business in Miami where I have always felt and continue to feel that my business is valued. If, you are in need for beautiful framing of Works of Art, Family Portraits or any of their other services to showcase in your home or place of business, I would ONLY recommend Art Express. Go in and ask for Abbott, Vladimir and if you are really lucky you might even walk in there on a day that Anwar is there and your shopping experience will be wonderfully unforgettable. I have been giving Art Express business for 26 years and I will continue to do so indefinitely. Art Express a Miami landmark, pass by and check out their store, I guarantee it will well worth your time.
