I visited the PG UPS Store today for the dinosaur service of faxing something. Although my fax never went thru, I still have to give 5 stars strictly for the customer service I received from their employee, Sagelee. She seriously went above and beyond to try and get my fax sent, including emailing it to another location and asking them to try sending it so we didn't have to drive anywhere else. I never would've asked that of anyone, so I just wanna give her props for going beyond reasonable expectations and also for being so friendly. Thanks!

Always there and helpful when I need them. Staff always friendly and cheerful. Don't know what I'd do without them there. Also appreciate everyone there that worked through Covid-19.
