I was very pleased with both my experience and purchase. I have a bad ankle and the seller helped me find a shoe that would support my ankle while I work outside. I can definitely tell a difference wearing the shoes with the stability pads and his expertise has saved me a world of hurt and a lot of time on the bench!! Worth every penny

I just called this awesome customer service Representative Jess to tell her " Thank you "I have second toe pain in left foot and ACL deficiency in left knee, not finding the right shoes and the pain felt in my feet , were my greatest woes. I got sized correctly,"thanks to Jessica. I bought 2 pairs 1st,then returned and bought two Arahi's. Let me tell, I'm so happy to be pain free and " I know my size". She was so patient . When the shoes I originally bought on line were too small, the staff at PR helped me find a new pair that fit much better and helped me exchange my previous pair even though they had been worn. The staff was so friendly, helpful and attentive to my concerns!
