The best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store in a long time. The customer service was top notch, Mrs Parker-Payton was awesome. Helped me with a new phone, new plan and even saved me a little money!!!! 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. Thank you Mrs Parker-Payton you truly made our day!!!

I visited the AT&T store on Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. Tiarra P. greeted me when I entered the store. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me without rushing me and without pressuring me. She made certain I was satisfied with my purchase. In my opinion, she is an asset to the AT&T family of associates.

I was given a defective device and they refused to refund me my money a few hours after I had received the device. The manager was very unprofessional and it was obvious that he did not have any costumer service training. He is young and has a lot to learn but i blame AT&T for not providing the proper training. I had called the AT&T 800 number in the morning and explained my problem, i was to told that if i had made my purchase less than 14 days ago they would take it back without any questions, when it got to the store i was told that the people i spoke to in the morning were a call center and NOT people who worked for AT&T. REALLY??? I called the same number when it left the store and every penny was refunded. I guess the call center knows a thing or two more than the store manager. I WILL NEVER go back to that store.

I got that lady at Cottman store...LIZZY.... WOWW she's amazing...she helped me for more than 3 hours to resolve my issue. I don't know what to say... Wonderful!!!! Thanks again ELIZABETH.....
