Had an awesome experience at this store thanks to Aaron! I am not a runner, just needed shoes that would be good for my current rotation. I came in thinking I wanted Hokas because I saw everyone else wearing them. Aaron brought them out but suggested I try something else and I should've listened to him the first time because I hated them, too damn high. He then brought me out 3 different pairs and I immediately fell in love with the Brooks Glycerin Stealthfit 20. It fits very snuggly to my foot but is sturdy, gives a little platform without feeling like I'm on stilts, and feels great to walk around in. Very happy I had Aaron to help me find the perfect shoe for my needs!

If you’re a runner in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Runner is the only store you need to know about. They have an exhaustive selection of shoes and plenty of kind staff ready to help you find the ones that are right for you. This location near Rittenhouse is massive with a wide range of apparel and accessories. Philadelphia Runner is more than a store, it’s a community. They are active in the running scene sponsoring many of the runs in the area. Every Thursday evening, there is a group run that departs from the store. There will often be representatives from different brands showcasing their products and making them available to test out. Being new to the city, I am looking forward to embedding myself in the running scene through the great people at Philadelphia Runner.
