Truly had the most amazing experience in Rosa Claras there whole team made my vision come to life. All the alternations we had to make for my wedding dress came out perfect as if the dress was made for me couldn’t be happier with the seamstress Celia she truly worked magic and fitted the dress to my liking. such a smoothed process highly recommended

Really REALLY REALLY disappointing! I have been obsessing over Rosa Clara designs for over a year and was very excited to fly from Colorado to Miami to look at her dresses. I was even very prepared and had gone through all of the 2021 and 2022 collections and had written down a list of their names. When I got to my appointment, they sat me down at a computer and told me to go through their catalog and heart dresses I liked. I told them I didn't need to do that because I came with a list, but they didn't know any of the dresses by name. So I went through and started liking photos but they had NONE of the dresses I was liking (and I liked 25+ dresses across 4 different 2021/2022 collections). I asked what the point of liking dresses on their catalog is if they don't even have them to try on and they said that they could pull similar but their inventory was so low (I saw maybe only 20-25 bridal dresses throughout the store) that they only had ballgowns and like 5 sheath/fit and flares and 0 A-lines. When I asked why they didn't have any inventory they said they had sold it all (why would you sell all your samples?) and that they sent back their samples because they were receiving the new lines in September (why wouldn't you tell me this when I called to book the appointment?! I came all the way from Colorado to see 3 dresses that looked nothing like the ones I liked or wanted and were essentially all they had available). I also don't like that their store has no area to comfortably try on dresses with guests (back room with a bench up against a wall). The one bright side is one of the girls that helped me was positively delightful. I feel bad that she couldn't do her job properly because they had nothing to show. Her co-worker was a grouchy old woman that seemed indignant that I would question their lack of inventory. Overall, I am heartbroken as I was deadset on a Rosa Clara dress but after flying across the country for such a disappointing result, I will not be returning.

Do not go here for your wedding dress! The alterations services are awful! I put on my dress to discover it was not finished! Not only did I have to wait 3 hours because they weren’t ready for my appointment but $4000 later and this is what I was handed! An unfinished dress for my destination wedding! What a nightmare!
