AA the factory of nightmares. I don’t think American staff ever read the reviews. Or they just don’t care anymore. It’s not a single one that has a good comment. Worst airline 8 hours delay and counting. How can this people manage to live knowing they are doing such a terrible job

I came to ask about emotional support guidelines because I'm moving out of Miami. Carlos said I could fly with my dog with a cost of $125. Once I told him my dogs weigh he say he can't fly, only small dogs. And he didn't know any other information and crossed his hands and laid back and just told me to go to the website. That he didn't know anything about other restrictions and to call American Airlines Cargo to see if they can help me. Really disappointed that we can't travel with my emotional support dog.

You have to communicate directly with American, although it will be difficult because they will tell you that the restriction is from your government, not the airline.
