It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so I was naturally a bit nervous. I was lucky to have Catt as my wax specialist who made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. She explained everything she was going to do as well as what I had to do post-wax to ensure the best results. She was super friendly and made good conversation too. I was quick to rebook another appointment with her. Thank you Catt!!

I’ve gone to this location a few times. I like EWC in general because of how easy it is to book through the app. I usually never use the same specialist twice as the appointments tend to feel very transactional and impersonal. However, I had a great experience on my last visit thanks to Dee. She helped me feel at ease, especially since I mentioned I had not gotten serviced in several months. We had a great conversation which distracted me from feeling any pain. Overall, she was thorough, gentle, and left no wax residue (some “specialists” have done this in the past). A week later I do not have any ingrown hairs to worry about. If you book at this location, I highly recommend Dee. I will be making her my regular specialist.
