very disappointed in our service tonight. Our waiter Laurie, was not attentive at all. She came by our table twice. Once to take our orders then another time to give us our check. She did not ask us if our food was okay, or to ask us if we needed anything else. She wasn’t even the one delivering our food and drinks, other people were. Very disappointed. Plus it was my moms birthday.

Walked in for a table of 3 and the hostess told us it’d be 5-10 minutes. We waited outside for about 5 minutes then walked in to see if they were ready. We then waited another 35 minutes inside just to be stared and not be seated. Plenty of people got their seats when they came in after us. I guess Applebees just skips people when they feel like it. At least tell me an hour next time so I won’t be as disappointed

25 min wait when we came through the door the other day and half of dinning area was closed off assuming short staff due to pandemic and kitchen being behind. After we were sat waitress was wonderful and food came out quickly and was surprisingly really good for how backed up and short staffed they were! Ended up being worth the wait!

They have the best seasonal drinks For Just $5.00! I'm going to start popping in more often for the quick celebrational stuff and those 2 for meals on the back page. Loved It!
