One thing I like about H&M, M&S is everything in the store in their own brand. So need to comb into different brands section for same item. However there is an issue with H&M which i can see is deliberately done, is that clothes are not kept in sections. Same product in different colours are kept at different places and one can find whole thing is jumbled up. This is bad shopping experience. Whoever had that idea of humbling clothes all over should go self as real shopper and experience the pain.

H&M is great but this location sucks. The people at the registers are unhelpful, rude and slow, and apparently can’t look items up on the system or more likely just lazy to look em up. The clothes are all over the place too. Just go to a different location

I'm giving this place only two stars because the cashier's reluctance to speak to customers in anything but a transactional tone gives me toxic workplace vibes. They seem very unhappy to work there and I saw other customers also walk away feeling like the cashier's were rude by avoiding any eye contact at all, and maintaining a distant and aloof disposition. I think I'll go to forever 21 instead!

This H&M outlet is in the Newport Center Mall in Jersey City and has some good collection of winter clothing.
