Store associate did not tell me that the 30% off was final sale, I had an allergic reaction to the material and had to return. Only to realize that it was final sale before I came to return. The associate did not show me the receipt, she put it in an envelope and slipped it in my bag. The manager did not accept my return, and said I was fortunate enough to even get a gift card from them. All the while the associate argued with me throughout the interaction with her and the manager. PLEASE, be careful when shopping here. They are trying to make a commission and will do anything for a sale. It’s dishonest and a scam. I will follow up on this review if any of this is resolved by the company. *************************************** I changed my review from a (1 star) to a 3 because I emailed Tory Burch customer service, and I got a text from a Customer Service Associate who directed me to the District Manager. Of course the associate wanted me to get the manager of the store involved and I told her several times that I already spoke with them and did not need her involved because she did not help me. The DM gave me my refund & was so awesome, kind and understanding. I really appreciate her, and she’s the reason I changed my review. I would give it 5 but the associates really ruined it for me. A 5 for the DM, 1 for the associates.

They had a waiting line outside, even though the store was empty because of a ‘big sale’. There was a sale advertised store wide, so we tried to take advantage. “No not for that color”, “Excluding these styles”, “you actually need the pearl earrings to get that.” (None of which were stated on a sign or disclaimer) So nothing was on sale. False advertising, and very annoyingly complicated pricing. Never coming back to this location.

I purchased two pairs on 8/5/18 and they need to be shipped to my house because the store didnt have my size. The lady took my payment and used my email to send receipt, so I don’t have a paper receipt at store. I confirmed at least twice that there won’t be shipping charge. However, after I got home I saw the email of receipt with $40 shipping. I called the store right away and then left a message since nobody answered. I called the next day and I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes just now for a manager! This is not acceptable!
