We bought our Gucci sunglasses at Edward Beiners store in Miami and they fell apart within two days. So we called Gucci and they told us to bring them into Gucci store where they would take care of it. We brought it into the Gucci store in the millennia mall they said they would ship them out then they said they could not be fixed, That they would give us a store credit for the value of the glasses in the store. I didn’t get back into the store to pick them up 28 days because She was working out of town. When we arrived and decided she was going to buy $900 pair of shoes then they told us they would only give me the half of value of the sunglasses $335 when we Spent $670 for these Gucci glasses. We will not spend another Dollar with this company because of this type of service and when they actually are trying to take advantage of the Asian culture and the language barrier. This type of discrimination and trying to take advantage financially against people that cannot communicate as well. My wife was a loyal Gucci client and bought all kinds of products and swears she will not touch the product again after this type of service. Congratulations on management of losing a loyal customer and times where it’s time to stand up and take care of clients the way the other store did for us when they gave us a full refund or trade in, so she spent $400 more and was very happy with her new Name brand Sunglasses 🕶
