very convenient location to drop off donation items. they accept household items, kitchen appliances and utensils, furniture, toys, clothing, shoes, and accessories. everything inside the donation center is well-organized in bins and cubbies. the staff is very nice and helpful in answering questions about any items brought in. they also accept donations at their door when they’re closed which is super convenient.

I just left Dr. Phillips goodwill drop off. The employee stated that “due to covid restrictions, she can’t help me remove my donations from the trunk”. Also, she did not have a mask on. She was very busy smoking around the corner. The smoke filled my lungs! It was disgusting! I asked for her name as she had her name tag turned over. She wouldn’t tell me. It was a terrible experience. That will be the last time I donate to Goodwill.

First time i was made to feel that donating goods was an imposition. I parked, then walked up to the office. A few years ago you could take a hamper to your car to unload but that has changed, but that's OK. I get in line and when Its my turn I start to unload. I told the attendant that I had 16 bags of clothes and other soft goods . We only had 20 to 25 lbs in each bag to make them easier to handle. After unloading about half she tells me had she known there was this much she would have MADE me drive to the OBT location. I told her I would not have driven to OBT. She then asks if I would have just thrown it away. Then she tells me to take back the hangers . I didn't bring any hangers another person had left the hangers while she was inside. She seemed put out having to deal with the donation. All the goods were clean, in clear bags so you could see what was inside which was mainly woman's clothing. In future I will find another group to donate to that wants the donation.

This is a nice place to drop off donations. It’s clean and there are big rolling carts to put your donations into. I have never seen thongs piled up there as I have in some other drop off locations. The staff is pleasant.
