Love Victoria secret but the staffs over whelming they push alot but good sales and nice employees. Update just went here last weekend and waiting in the only line they had opened for a while. But they had 6 employees literally walking the floors or listening to music...like really?

When you tell the public you're going to open at 11:00 and it's 11:15 and everyone's walking around the store something's wrong the management there has to do a better job there's no one on the registers you have to beg for help everybody's hiding somewhere if I own that store I would fire every one of those employees

My daughter and I went there today and had a mixed experience. My daughter asked a salesgirl about the price of a pair of pants that were marked on sale on the website but they had marked as full price in store. The salesgirl, who was an older woman with long grey hair...wish I could remember her name, was very rude and dismissive. She told my daughter that "we don't have them in YOUR size anyway." We were definitely mad about this, but went to the other section of the store. We saw a salesgirl that we saw the previous week and said hi and she helped us with some items. My daughter told her about the other salesgirl's rude comment and she was surprised and mad at her attitude. Turns out, the girl we saw the week before was actually the manager, Brie. She told us they were going to honor the sales price and apologized for her salesgirl's nasty attitude. Brie, the manager took care of us and let us know that attitude wasn't going to be tolerated. Thank God the management (Brie) there is polite, efficient and all about customer service. She was exemplary in how she handled the situation and I cannot commend and thank her enough. That specific salesgirl needs to learn more about customer service and how she's representing an entire company.
