I'm not a girly girl, by any stretch. I made a last minute appointment at Jan's for a friend's wedding, and Linda was AMAZING. I ended up having to leave the state for an emergency at work before I could buy the dress, but I know RIGHT where I'll be going (with a longer lead time not 2 days before). With recommendations for everything from tailoring to accessories, Jan's should be your first and only stop for cruise wear to formal dresses.

From the moment I walked into Jan’s I was beyond pleased! The entire staff made my daughter and I feel special. I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress! I had an idea in mind and they found me the perfect dress! It was a 3/4 sleeve and I loved everything about it but that! They immediately send down Brenda who does alterations and I asked if the sleeves cut be cut off to a capped sleeve and she said yes!! After 3 fitting the dress was stunning!! I highly recommend Jan’s and Brenda who did my alterations was by far incredible!!! My dress looks and a fits like it was custom made for me and I can not tell you how excited I am about the results! Skip the rest and just go to the BEST Jan’s is where you want to get your dress for that special occasion A++++ for sure!

My daughter and I drove an hour today to shop for a prom dress at Jan's Boutique. This was our fourth dress shop and it was by far the best. We had a lovely young sales assistant, Isabella, dedicated to us and our own dedicated fitting room. They have a nice selection of dresses. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. The store manager, Charon, went out of her way to help us find a solution, when we were struggling to find the perfect dress. It reminded me of the great customer service I used to have, when I was younger (and pretty much does not exist anymore). I highly recommend this boutique.

Love love love this boutique! My wedding is coming up in November and Jans had so many options for MOB and for my rehearsal dinner. Charon, Lenore and Linda were so friendly, kind and helpful. They made us feel at home and very comfortable! My sister who has Down syndrome felt appreciated and recognized throughout the whole appointment! We will be returning here for all of our dress needs. Thank you girls!!

First of all we work by appointment only, with a maximum 1 extra guest allowed to attend with you. Everyone is required to wear a mask the whole time you are in the store. Customers are never charged as long as they show up, we only charge for a "no show". We have a limited staff due to Covid and need 24 hours notice to re-book the appointment.

We alter the dresses in stock to your specifications, but we do not design our own dresses
I've gone to Jan's with my daughter 2 times now, its where she's gotten both prom dresses from. They seem to have plenty of help there on all days, the prices are good selection is huge. We never had an appointment always a walk in...hope this helps
Jill, Im not sure I want to say no however Im not positive...try LETGO or even OFFERUP sites I know theres alot of prom dresses on LETGO you'd probably get more for it Hope this helps
