Great fun! Had some alligator bites, rode the airboat, Jay was entertaining and knowledgeable, and made sure that everyone was having fun. The air boat was pretty fast and i think it was a great value. The alligator show after the airboat was just as entertaining, the host was very knowledgeable and made sure to include the audience in his show.

Great place. Guided boat tour was fun and informative. No very long ride, but you also get a show at the end. People here are very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about gators and even had gator bites with French fries.

We were the last ones to show up for the tour and ended up with a boat to ourselves. The guys that work there are great and have so much knowledge about the Everglades and alligators/crocs. They definitely kept us laughing. Make sure you bring cash with you for tips! They are well deserved.

Fantastic experience! Dan was our boat "skipper" and filled with high energy and an incredible presentation, naming off the background and fun facts about the different gators we came across. He was a hoot! After the boat ride, John (I think?) crushed a fun presentation about snakes, alligators and crocodiles. What this place lacks in the shiney road appeal (like the gator park down the street), they make up for ten-fold in personalities and a true passion for the animals. Worth.Every.Penny. Make sure to bring extra cash for tips! These guys have perfected their guide crafts and deserve to be appreciated for it.

There is no designated place as such. Any place you keep your luggage will be mostly at your risk although the park staffs are quite friendly and should help you with that. We carried back packs with us on the tour without any issues.
