I love KFC as much as the next guy, but this location is awful. At this point I think they try to get my order wrong on purpose. I'm probably too forgiving - you mess up an order now and again and I don't notice until I get home? Oh well. But seriously, EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. AND WHY ARE THEY SO STINGY WITH DIPPING SAUCE??? I can't speak for other locations, but don't go to this one, just don't. Until they hire new management and new employees that can actually take an order correctly, go anywhere else.

I love KFC! But this one is just like all the rest. A little dingey and showing its age but the staff was pleasant and spoke without a heavy accent, which is nice when talking from behind a mask.

Usually this place is decent but tonight was no good... I tried ordering a side of pickles but I was not able to and I wasn't given a reason why... The person taking my order act like she couldn't hear me and she had a I don't care attitude... Then she got my friend order wrong... He ordered chicken strips and mashed potatoes on the side... He got big old crispy chicken 🍗.. I got the #17 just threw my stuff in the bag and they have me a lot of sporks and no cookie 🍪... It comes with the meal... The service bad the food wasn't tasty... Maybe it was an off day... I guess it depends on who's taking your order... It's ok but be careful and keep your order simple...

KFC 191 W. Gonzales Rd. Oxnard, CA. 93030 Lobby Open Until 8:00 pm ??? As I Walked Up To The KFC Lobby Doors At 6:10 pm, I Was Blocked By An Employee From Going Inside To Place An Order. The Employee Continued To Lock The Doors And only Said, Use The Drive Thru. No Sign Posted As To Why. While Waiting In Drive Thru for For 20 Minutes, I Witnessed About 17 People Walk Up To The Locked Lobby And Just Walk Away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! !
