As long as you know what exchange rate you are getting plus what additional fees you are paying which day do tell you upfront and you agreed to it then I don't see any reason to complain yes it is more than if you just bought Bitcoin online but it's so much faster and I have used it and enjoy it

WARNING DO NOT USE BITCOIN DEPOT ATMS!!! THEY CREDITED ME HALF OF MY DEPOSIT AND SAID I WAS A LIAR WHEN I CALLED UP. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS TRYING TO DISPUTE, GO TO ANOTHER ATM
