They tried hard to please but it does take patience to receive service here. The wait to get help takes patience but the prices are good and the location is convenient. The staff does its best to help clients.

It's really slow, and very hectically managed. I do not think it's worth serving your vision needs here vs a retail optometry store

The doctor seemed nice on first visit , but the prescription went wrong and I had to go again . But the second visit was not a good experience as she claimed that she can’t make my eyesight 6/6 with prescription . Her comment was a bit weird .

i have gotten vsp partial coverage for eye glasses never tried exam as do that at kaiser
