Love the nuns and how kind they were to me. They were always very helpful when I asked for something and I was always helped out every time too. They've always served exceptionally good food too. If you ever need clothes, a blanket or any other clothing items they will help you to the best they can. Plus if they have any shoes available they will try to find the right size you wear and give away whatever you need for free. It's their mission to help out the homeless and needy. But they can't give you shelter there because it's not a homeless shelter. Oh..you can get a shower there as well too and shave if you so desire to as well. Soap and other necessities are available as well too there.

A little dangerous since there was a fight breaking out outside of the gate when we were about to leave. The sisters are awesome! It is so nice to see them caring for the needy. The food is rated as better than cafeteria food at my daughter's middle school, lol! There were tons of volunteers Saturday morning so the work got done quickly. It's a really clean establishment and I can't find a better cause! This is at the top of my list for recommendations for volunteering.

They inspire millions of people from every race, religion and country to help the poorest of the poor and needy. A great job 24/7. "Whoever the poorest of poor are, they are Christ for us - Christ under the guise of human suffering". Mother Teresa

Sunday... 8AM mass is amazing... followed by volunteers prepping for breakfast... come and be spiritually fed... Spending time with the homeless, the volunteers and Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta's sisters...

Be a volunteer where?
It's possible. If it's a woman, yes.
One has to talk to the sisters who drive there...thanks for your question.
You can call and ask usually changes due to availability.
Martha...they do normally have space...pls csll them or stop by in the morning
Thanks for the question, you really have to go to the mission to the shelter and speak with the sisters. There's always things that they do for people that are so much behind the scenes that we don't know about, aside from having room in their place. God bless you hope all goes well
No, they do not have a food pantry. However, they food every day from 9am-11:30am, except Thursdays.
The best answer I could give is to reach out to them and ask if you can volunteer or make donations
What he said, best idea or contact Camillus House.....

I don't have transportation but you can ask the hospital for a courtesyride to the missionary
You better go in person. They are open from 4pm-6am. Before and after that time they send people out for the day. I don't know if they have a list of their names but go ask!
Go to them. Drop it off.Thank you for your donation .Its also a tax rightoff.
Yes, be there no later than 10 am. To eat. They are open for women intake 7 days a week. If it is an emergency 24 hours.
Sorry we do not accept men, but you canbtry Camila's house
There is regular breakfast for all... Unfortunately there aren't many other regular services for men other than a great breakfast or lunch. However if you do have any special needs such as help with documents or with medical support. Pls ask the sisters if you have special requests
