Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone l, I called for 3 days about a tire they supposedly had according to website and when I went in the guy basically ignored me while he actually did answer other calls. How can you even check on your car?

I had a great experience with routine maintenance on my car at this pep boys. I’ve been multiple times and always had a good experience. This last time Alejandro helped me inside, he was very helpful. And the mechanic was Enrique. They were both very nice and helpful, recommending the best options for me for my car. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to go to this pep boys.

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at this pep boys location. I brought my car in for a broken AC/Serpentine belt at about 8:30am. I left and received a call at around 10:15 that it was something else that needed to be done and it would be a $600 job. Moreover, I was absolutely fine with that. I was also told that it would take 2 hours tops to complete the job. I came back around 12pm since i had to be to work today. I was told the car still was not ready and it would take about 10 to 20 minutes top. I have been here for an additional hour and a half meaning my car has been here for almost 5 hours.No one has apologized nor offered me a discounted price. This is absolutely ridiculous for a company like this. They have no regard for the customer, even if we are paying over $600 for a service.

I will not be back to this location, the few times that I have been there the service has been the worst. I went to get an oil change, and tire rotation. First, The prices are through the roof, I know there is inflation and everything, but $115.00 for an oil change? (no tire rotation by the way) come on. As I was looking at the mechanic change the oil to my car, I noticed he was bringing the car down without rotating the tires, I went to ask the clerk at the front desk, but he was busy with another customer, as I was waiting the “mechanic” was coming. I approached him to ask him, and he almost ignored me, when he finally paid attention to me , I asked him, did you rotate the tires to the car? And he looked at me, and said DO YOU WANT ME TO ROTATE THE TIRES? I said yes, its on the order! Another mechanic came, and explained why the tires were not rotated! This is something the “‘mechanic” that was working on my car could have told me! Instead of having the nasty attitude he had. I simply think he is very lazy and he does not enjoy doing what he does! I simply wasted $115, for a bad service. I unfortunately do not have the name of this “mechanic”, but if you are going there you would not miss him, he his the white, fatty, lazy mf (no offense)
