I was able to visit during a work trip and it was a great experience. Pre visit: I had a few questions prior to dropping in and emails were answered promptly. Their online system is super easy to pay the mat fee and sign the waiver. Facility: Clean, well designed and a ton of mat space Staff: Really friendly and helpful. Instruction: The class was GREAT. I was treated like I was a member and there a number of instructors helping out and making adjustments and suggestions during drilling and rolling. Community: Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Clearly this is learned from the top as the Professor and his wife seem to be terrific people and have built a great community. I left with a few new bruises and some new friends. Great experience and I hope I can visit again in the future.

I was first looking for a good self defense program for my daughter to join. After seeing how well organized the gym is, along with very accommodating schedules, and excellent trainers, I decided to sign up myself as well. I am just a few months in and find it extremely rewarding. Such a great group of people running such an incredible series of programs that can fit a great deal of training programs at excellent scheduling options.

Love the atmosphere. Front desk is very helpful and professional not to mention how friendly they are. You can tell that the coaching staff takes every class seriously, and for being a group class they really take the time to focus on every one. (Super professional and approachable) It’s my first time doing bjj, even though I’m new at it I can say that im addicted to it. I really believe that it becomes a lifestyle and can help you evolve as a person, since I started all I can think of is “how can I improve my lifestyle to be better at the sport”.

We are really happy for choosing ATTFT for our family. From the very first experience with Felipe at the front desk, when we came in to meet the place we were really welcomed, he was kind and super helpful, that was what it made us come back to sign up. My son loves all his coaches and team mates, he loves coming to classes. Ana and Junior really care about all the kids in this place, they always make sure the kids can have fun and grow their friendship providing extra activities besides the training. Another super plus For us is taking the fitness classes while our son is in class. Works perfectly for our schedule. We love this place!
